The IGNA laboratory has been ISO 17025 certified since August and is therefore in compliance with the European standards that will come into force in 2013. With the recent extension of the ISO 9001: 2008 standard to fingerprint analysis, bloodstain pattern analysis and computer data analysis services, the Nantes site thus offers a guarantee of quality on many of the services provided. 
The other IGNA sites in Illkirch and Marseille are also in the process of being upgraded to the new standards. Moreover, our laboratory in Marseille now offers papillary trace analysis service, thanks to newcomer Pascal Maes who joined our team in the fall of 2010. He enjoys facilities that make it possible to retrieve fingerprints from a wide range of media. We’re quite pleased with the fact that all this helps us provide you with improved service
