Using forensic medicine techniques, researchers have discovered unexpected variations that substantiate the thesis of interbreeding in the Mediterranean and in Asia between Sapienses and Neanderthals. The fact is that today one finds in Eurasians 1 to 4% of Neanderthal genetic material.
